Thea Byrnes

Hey, hey, heyyyy.

Thank you so much for stopping by my blog/website. I am just tickled pink about life and the business I run. No matter what trials or obstacles have come my way, I have found hope in all things and know that it will eventually get better and come together.

When asked what I do for a living, I won't hesitate to let you know that I guide people to feel better, look better, find passion, find purpose, and meet their life goals. I develop friendships because we are all here to help one another. I have a love for people where they are, planting the seeds that one day will help them grow strong as I continually "water" the roots that have a firm foundation.

Often questioned by others with, “Is there anything you can’t do?” It's true, I have a love for creating and sharing. If you asked my friends who I am, they would give you three words: compassionate, creative, and inspirational. From a young age, I had a big heart and was always drawn to those who were sad and lonely or picked on due to their circumstances and my thoughts were drawn to, "how can I help them?"

Through comical gestures, creativity, or just giving my full attention, I always try to make those around me feel uplifted. Often times, I would concentrate on others to keep from sinking into despair over my own obstacles in life.

Never claiming to be perfect, I have learned to live with the consequences of my choices in life. Forgiving myself to move forward and be an example. Some choices left bruises and some led to stepping stones in how to be happier under any circumstance. I have always had hope through my unwavering faith and found joy in my children, which has grown into something on a grander level; an amazing husband, bonus-children and 3 granddaughters and 1 grandson.

Remarrying, my family of four became a blended one with my husband and his two children. Now saying I'm from Kentucky, I enjoy the simplicity of life but still have struggles of my own. Getting gritty, I share on my blog, openly, those things that someone else might be going through, plus health & beauty tips. All in all, I am here to share knowledge and some wisdom in this world and have created, “Just Tickled Pink”, to bring about a common ground where we can grow together. Blessings!

I’m Thea Byrnes, a married woman

who has a mackadocious   husband!

On May 19, 2012 we met on a dating site. 3 days later we met in person and 3 weeks later, June 9th, married!

We are now coming up on our 11th year of marriage and are a blended family of 8 (which includes our little yorkie, Suzie Q).

Marriage, in its truest form, is a partnership of equals, with neither person exercising dominion over the other, but with each encouraging, comforting, and helping the other. It’s hard at times but we help one another endure to the end, together.

A proud momma of 3 and bonus-mom to 2, I have to say, it’s not always easy. Especially when it comes to the differences in raising children. I embrace whatever comes our way, whether it be in the form of chaos or not. Being balanced is always a challenge but I count it all blessings as I grow into a stronger woman.

Oh, I am a Nana/Grandma to 3 beautiful girls & a boy!

The best way to share your faith is to live it. I have searched since I was 26 years old to find the church Christ talked about in the New Testament. I have always been blessed with child-like faith and it has never left me. My faith has helped me endure, conquer and keep hope alive.

2022 will be a year of getting fit for me. I have to snap out of the grief that is making me sicker and thicker. This helps me relieve the stress and worries of the day.

My leaderboard name will be #ittybittyfitti.

If you are part of the Peloton fam, share any testimonies, tips and your LB name.

Welcome to Just Tickled Pink Podcast. I have built a life on hope and faith. No matter what trials came my way and are still coming, I found ways to cope and survive. Each week I will be sharing tangible, direct advice or inspiring interviews with the same intentions. I share these stories and insights of grace and grit to cultivate hope and confidence in others, so they are free to become Just Tickled Pink about life.

As a child, I grew up in a blended family that was military. I experienced heartache with teenage love and wasn’t street smart. I experienced foster care and later being kicked out into the harsh world, not prepared to take care of myself. At 18 I married a Soldier and made it work for 21 years. Having 3 children, I learned what Alanon was and tried to make our family life stable. I renewed my spiritual relationship with Heavenly Father at age 26 and after 15 years of searching, found the solid foundation I needed to build on. I remarried in 2012 and became, once again, a blended family. All this to say, I have experienced life in its fullness. I told myself I was a victim, even feeding off the sympathy of others but learned how to be a survivor, all the while growing and sharing how I got through it all with heart & hustle, to help others.
